Credit Appraisal, Underwriting and Sanction of Self Employed - Loan against Property and Home Loan

• Conduct detailed credit analysis, including financial statement review, credit scoring, and risk assessment for mortgage applicants.
• Undertake comprehensive 360 Banking assessment of customers and offer right Banking solutions
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance loan portfolio quality.
• Physical personal discussion at customer business premises to understand nature and trends of business
• Reading and understanding technical and Legal reports during disbursement for property proposed for collateral
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth processing of mortgage applications
• Monitor and report on credit performance, identifying trends and potential issues.
• Negotiation and Dispute Resolution for lost sale deed, compiling with RBI guidelines.
• Managing NPA's and Monthly review of portfolio.

• Credit Appraisal of New Car Loan, Used Car Loan, Two-Wheeler and Used Two-Wheeler
• Adhere to guidelines, Policies and Operating notes defined by bank
• Preparation of Disbursement analysis, portfolio analysis on monthly basis
• Setting up of RC Limits for DSA/DDSA's and keeping a close watch on PDD Hygiene
• Training to vendor, agencies, sales team and CPA
• Maintaining Delinquency data and customer visit if required with collections team.

• Credit Appraisal and Underwriting of Self Employed - Loan against Property, Home Loan and Business Loan
• Credit Appraisal and Underwriting of Personal Loans, New Car Loan and Credit Card
• Reading financial briefings like financial documents ITR, Balance sheet and Profit & Loss, Banking, Cibil
• Etc and preparation of Credit Appraisal Memorandum
• Conducting Risk assessments on potential clients based on previous borrowing history, credit rating, Industry experiences and other factors
• Maintaining and setting up ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Card in Bihar and Jharkhand region
• Regularly maintaining delinquency data disbursed Cases and contributing with sales and DSMG for Collection and regularization of Loan Account.
