Additional Information

I started working for the Adoption Support Center my first job after graduating from IU. I quickly became promoted to a caseworker with a large territory in northern Indiana. My caseload was diverse and I was responsible for the case management of over 20 women considering adoption. I successfully facilitated over 30 placements a year. Over the course of my career, I took on the agency's marketing goals, public speaking and trainings. I was responsible for OB doctor education on how to present adoption as an option. In 2007, I took on a leadership role and was the supervisor for the other case managers in Indiana. In 2016, I moved into marketing full time and had the responsibility of the entire state of Indiana. I have spoken to large crowds and intimate ones, and it's always been a joy sharing my experiences in the infant domestic adoption industry.
