Seasoned leadership performer with 11 years at AT&T. Worked from a sales rep up to Director of Sales over 40 locations & 6 districts and now have conquered the B2B side. I want to utilize my leadership abilities and am open to the right opportunity. I will always work harder than the next person and leadership walks.
· Director of Sales over 40 ATT locations spanning Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. Responsible for employees at every level including 5 District Managers and 40 Sales Managers, sales, operations, profit and loss, HR handling. Hiring, firing, performance management, training, coaching, showing what right looks like to all. I won president's Club every year and maintained being the top dog. I believed in people and had soldiers in every area.
· Number one area in the company. I only left this position as I was approached by a previous boss on better work life balance back at corporate AT&T. I was available to my team 24/7- which I would/will always do, but I did not have to physically go in store for a 6th day of the week from 9-6pm. I have a 7 year old and a nearly two year old- so that was my primary reason for hearing him out but also to add Business sales to the resume.
