• Inventory Control according to min-max level and classification of items category & value wise by performing multi criterion ABC analysis
• Analyses MRP to ensure firm period schedule changes get incorporated into the supplier delivery schedule & coordination from suppliers as needed to support production needs
• Minimize obsolescence exposure for material that Marketing/Sales intend on changing
• Analysis & highlighting slow moving inventory to the stake holders in order to avoid any potential risk of obsolesce
• Responsible for maintaining JIT system in case of Tertiary packaging Material
• Strong coordinating base with production planner and sales team for the latest update
• Inventory Management/SLOB reviews
• Coordinating with production planner for manufacturing planning of SKU’s and the exceptions associated to ensure availability

• Monitoring inventory stock levels on a daily basis to resolve stock outs, low inventory and excess stock levels

• Monitors demands and supply flow of items to minimize backorders and maximized fill rates up to 98%.
• Coordinating with production planner for manufacturing planning of SKU’s and the exceptions associated to ensure availability.
• Analyze sales forecast vs. actual demand to support Forecast accuracy goal and help maintain high integrity of all planning ERP outcomes such as Plan and MRP exception messages for efficient execution.
• Collaborating with Outbound Logistics ensuring follow-up on late shipments and shortages.

• Handled Procurement of all materials (Raw Materials, Engineering spares, consumables and all miscellaneous items) for Plant.
• Inventory Control according to min-max level and classification of items category & value wise.

• Translating the marketing dept.’s SF (Sales Forecast) into production requirement for periods that range from 1-3 months.
