• Assist Plant head in planning, managing and executing production operations.
• Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
• Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
• Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
• Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.

• Handling DCS operations for Paint manufacturing (ABB 800 XA)
• Worked during erection and commissioning phase of Fully Automated Khandala Plant
• Working on ABB installed DCS and MES system for manufacturing batches in plant
• Executing various SAP transactions on daily basis
• Production planning & control and troubleshooting for achieving planned periodic schedule
• Maintenance of Sand mills, Dyno mills, Basket mills (Paint grinding equipments)
• Leading a team of Technicians for carrying out Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Diaphragm Pump, Centrifugal Pump, Screw Pump, Internal Gear Pump and Lobe Pump
• Handling Pigging Line operations to ensures after transfer of liquid material from one vessel to another vessel without loss of material in pipelines
