Stock Order Analysis

• Categorical deep-dive in rejection, cancellation, and failure of stock orders with proper demarcations between limit and market price orders placed during market and after-market hours using SQL data extraction on Treno and BigQuery. Worked to improve a 10.23% success rate of market orders at market time.

CS Revamp

• Contributed to customer support revamp project to improve issue tagging process by agents and augmented complaint recognition for an enhanced resolution to customer queries. Listened to around 1000+ audio calls to analyze customer pain points and classify the exact problem type across various products within the organization
