• Retail Marketplace is an MVP product designed to simplify the process of finding retail spaces. It allows users to effortlessly locate retail spaces and share them, along with collections, with potential tenants and tenant representatives. We tracked the sharing of spaces and collections events using Mixpanel. Propertycapsule serves as comprehensive solution for landlords or brokers to manage their properties. We support marketing teams to generate dynamic websites, flyers, and microsites to effectively market their available spaces.

• VTS Market is a comprehensive product designed for landlords. It provides features for listing availabilities on VTS Marketplace, along with other marketing tools for landlords. VTS Marketplace serves as the platform where landlords can publish listings to reach potential tenants. We integrated PropertyCapsule's VTS Market and VTS Marketplace using Kafka. We also created channels on VTS Market to display websites, brochures, and microsites using the templating features from PropertyCapsule.
