• EPCIS shipping files uploading on NHRA-MVC Bahrain portal and Tatmeen-UAE portal
• Implementation of processes & policies for efficient handling and tracking of material & products. Ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet the production & sales target.
• Reviewing Cycle Count results and investigating the discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining the CAPEX & OPEX related to Warehouse for smooth and agile operation of the business.
• Maintaining warehouse staff by raising staff requests, selecting, orienting, interviewing, appraising, and training the employees.
• Ensuring safety procedures and protocols are in place and followed by all the workforce as part of their daily practice.
• Implementation of standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance.
• Managing the QMS related activities i.e. Change Control, Deviation, CAPAs, URS, SOP, Annual Training Planner, Training Matrix, TNI and Trainings.
• Working as a cross-functional subject matter expert in the QMS. A Core Team Member of Quality Compliance Team and Qualified Internal Auditor for Self Inspection Programs.
• Ensuring the effective utilization of of the all the resources, MHEs and Assets to achieve productivity.
• Preparation of MIS reports as per KPI targets like Receipts, Sales, Inventory Aging, Slow moving, Non-moving, Cycle Count accuracy, Picking accuracy, Inventory turnover, Warehouse occupancy & OTIF.
• Identification of opportunities for process improvements and automation in regards with continuous improvement.
