- Investigation of laboratory OOS, OOT, Incident/Lab event and OOC results.
- Taking change control and deviations whenever required.
- Audit trial review, modification history verification for chromatographic data and verification of raw data in the system.
- Review the traceability related to analytical results and protocol.
- Timely review of all analytical documents like FP, INT, RM, IP and Stability.
- Issuance of Various logbooks, calibration data sheet and test data sheet for FP, INT, RM and Stability.
- Trouble shooting of Instruments and equipments.
