Responsibilities:

• Worked on Dropship orders and understood Order Management flow.
• Managing CCPA Data fixes in Production.
• Responsible for pre-production testing (BICC Regression Testing and PO to Harmony)
• Responsible for creating Supplier Lookup codes in Production through SOAP services.
• Responsible for processing Pending approval and Open PO’s through postman service.
• Holds fair understanding of EDI and have worked across different team in order to resolve and troubleshoot issues.
• Worked on SCM technical tickets.
• Determine requirement from clients and work on BIP reports.
• Dealing with any queries effectively and professionally.
• Performing on demand activities.
