My role involves developing and deploying predictive models for clients, utilizing complex datasets to identify patterns and trends that drive business decisions. My effective communication skills have been crucial in ensuring successful implementation of data-driven solutions.

• I have led and participated in multiple Disease Detection (DD) and Line of Therapy Transition (LOTT) projects, creating predictive model solutions for clients. These solutions were based on analysis of U.S. Patient Insurance claims data and provided valuable insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• One of my key responsibilities involved working on complex ETL pipelines to process Terabytes of data using Pyspark, which played a critical role in building predictive model solutions for clients.
• Worked on a supervised clustering project for a client, creating clusters using labelled data and predicting clusters for unlabelled data. This helped the client target patients falling into interested clusters.
• I have worked on scheduling pipeline jobs in Airflow, enabling periodic refreshes of existing projects and avoiding manual intervention.
• Developed a package for ETL, Modelling, and forecasting sales on CRM data using Pyspark and Python for an internal team. I set up automated weekly reports used by the team.
• I worked on numerous complex ETL requests using patient datasources for Patient Journey and smart targeting applications.
• As part of the Explainable AI initiative, I created an internal SHAP tool using the Streamlit package to explain the results of our predictive model. This tool is used by consultants to explain the results to clients.
• I was a key contributor in designing and scaling an existing legacy application by re-implementing the logic in Pyspark. This application is now being used by multiple countries in Europe for processing their data.
• As part of the GenAI initiative, I worked on an internal project to create automated PPT slides using the model results, which consultants can use to present results to clients.
• I possess a good knowledge of different patient insurance claim datasources like LRx, Dx, AEMR, P+, LAAD, etc.

• During my tenure, I worked as a VMware and Citrix specialist. My responsibilities included designing, implementing, and maintaining virtualization solutions for clients.
• I was responsible for managing the virtual infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• I also worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized virtualization solutions to meet their business needs. In addition, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for VMware and Citrix environments.
