Chaabi.Design is a Design and Build company setting up retail stores, offices, cafes, restaurants, central kitchen, warehouses, industrial plants and is the expansion partner for brands like Tata, Reliance, Amazon, KFC, Burger King, Haldirams, Chaayos, Blue Tokai, Honda, Licious, Captain Fresh, Tendercut, Hippo and many more.


  • Built from scratch, an in-house Project Management Tool, our own tech platform which is streamlining all processes and helping us to scale and manage multiple projects at any time
  • Project Management Tool includes all modules like Accounting, Site Profitability, Expense Management, Material Master, Purchase Order, Receiving, Material Reconciliation, Activity Master and Templates, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Bill of Materials (BoM), Project Scheduling, Progress Report, Measurements and Billing
  • Have setup end to end processes in every area of the business, so that business becomes scalable and profitable.

  • Best availability (In-stock of 96% from initial levels of 85%) in any of Indian Super/Hyper markets
  • Reduced inventory days on hand by 50% over 7 years; thereby optimal utilization of most critical resource in retail i.e., space apart from working capital
  • Increasing Sell Thru for Feature and Seasonal Items by setting up strong merchandise planning, buying and monitoring processes
