Design and Implementation of Low Power FIR filter 

For designing FIR Filter,low power multiplier is used, as most of the power is consumed by
multiplier unit. In the paper, modified Wallace tree multiplier is
used to illustrate the low power needed for designing the filter.
The carry look ahead adder is used which consumes less power
instead of simple adder.
