Site Management

• Preparation of various reports like Shift turnover, Daily, weekly and Monthly MIS, PUE, Power Utilization, Fuel Consumption, Uptime report, Incident reports and customer reports.
• Monitoring of alarms as per threshold set and follow escalation and remediation.
• BMS monitoring for any alarm and take necessary action.
• Perform facility rounds and update the checklist and escalate for any observation.
• Follow shift turnover policy and process for shift handing over and taking over.
• PUE monitoring and take steps towards the improvement in discussion with Managers.
• Monitoring of energy consumption for savings.
• Ensure periodic housekeeping is performed in DC space as per schedule.
• Prohibited combustible materials are removed from DC space, as well as chemicals and/or hazardous materials stored and disposed as per process.

Operations Management

• Provide inputs to DC manager on customer reporting.

Service Management

• As per customer request, supporting customers for server mounting/ unmounting activity.
