Notable Attainments in Uttar Pradesh state:-

• Achieved an increment of 18% in Excavator market share from 6% to 24% and 8% propulsion in Motor Grader product sales for SANY Heavy Industry for Uttar Pradesh Central & Bundelkhand region during period of 2018-2021 by best service & spare parts support.
• Machine population was increased to 660 machines from 64 machines in 4 years during 2018-2021 tenor by better service support.
• Looked after sales service and spare parts activity (Excavators& Motor Grader) for the entire Central UP, Eastern UP & Bundelkhand region ( 58 District) of Uttar Pradesh with the revenue of 4.7 cr. Per annum of spare parts.
• Accountable for Conduct Training Programs for Service Executives on various Product and Service Process. Service Engineer manpower improved 29 numbers from 5 engineers during period of 2018 to 2021.
• Direct involvement in service and spare parts support of KA customers as GR Infra, MS Infra, Dilip BuildconM/s Ghanaram Infra/s, M/s Rahul Bajpai.
• Was accountable for maintaining 24*7 service support of machine which were working in Purvanchal Expressway & Bundelkhand Expressway with the help of Dealer. That was pilot project of 24*7 service concept and later on implement this concept in two pocket of UP. ( Mahoba & Obra )
• Increase Parts Sale 192 % in 1st year (2019) and 183% in 2nd year (2020) ,210% in 3rd Year (20210 in particular territory.
• No order loss of repeat buyer due to service support in last 3 years.
• Fully Developed and established Raagni Equipment Pvt. Ltd. dealer of Eastern UP since inception of dealership in Dec-2020 and make Rank 1 in territory in 2021 by better service and spare support.
• Organized various marketing campaigns like Customer meets, Loan Mela, Breaker Mela, Road show, Competition machine study , operator training program to increase product visibility.
• Responsible for 13 rock breakers in last 6 months after launch of rock breakers.(Oct'21-Mar'22).

Notable Attainments in Rajasthan state:-

• We have started machine refurbishment with help of dealer in April month as pilot project. In last month two machine refurbished and sell to customer. Looking scope of spare parts business and overall profit, now dealer is developing refurbishment section and take target of 20 machines for refurbishment in 2022.
• To increases ground engaged tool sales, conduct performance study of tooth points in two pocket. On basis of that study, got 1000 tooth points order from three customers.

• Responsible for after sales service support of 2000+ live machines of Udaipur and Jodhpur dealer.
• Was responsible of after sales service support of two big dealer Ramdev Earthmovers - Jodhpur and TASS Technical Services - Udaipur of TATA hitachi.
• Exposure in resolving performance bottlenecks for Hydraulic Side including Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Actuators (Hydraulic Cylinders), Hydraulic Motors and expertise in Engine troubleshooting and in taking corrective measures to avoid same.
• Imparting training to engineers pertaining to installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Introduced the process of optimum planning for repair & running the equipment at low cost for Zaxis series Hydraulic Excavator running under AMC of the customer of the company in North India known as R.K.Marble & Wonder cement, Ultra Tech, Kelwa Group, SK Khetan. This led to increased revenue generation for the company.
• Trained Diploma Engineer Trainees of dealer on product knowledge.

Notable Attainments :

• Got Kamyabi award in TATA Hitachi for three times.
• Successfully Troubleshooting Engine Wire harness and Fuel System failure in the Zx-3 series with CRDI engine; the same idea was implemented in the next lot of the machine.
• Promote and sell undercarriage set in competitor's (PC300, EC300,EC350,SK350) 30T machines.
• Idea implement of Flow merging in ZX-220 machine to avoid hydraulic pump failure in attachment application.
