BOUVARDIA CITY PROJECT: Bouvardia City is located in the north of Jeddah’s airport. It is opposite to AlJawharah stadium, which consists of 107 modernized buildings with 2542 residential single & duplex apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participated in bidding of project.
• Planned all project resources.
• Applied appropriate engineering methods to project discipline standards.
• Reviewed specifications, drawings and project manuals & applied Modifications in MEP design & shop drawings.
• Developed MEP shop drawings with details for precast factories
• Proposed & applied electrical system modifications in buildings to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provided on-site engineering and technical services during construction process.
• Supervised construction and pre-commissioning of all electrical works on site.
• Responsible for dealing with consultant office engineers for submissions & approvals.
• Mentored junior engineers and new hires in job-specific tasks and applications.
• Organizing the operational tasks for the site supervisors, foreman's & technicians.
• Handling electrical sub contractors on site with a volume of 500 manpower.
• Responsible to prepare the required project reports, ongoing site updates & submit them to MEP managers.
• Preparing the material requisitions & coordinating with Procurement Dept.
• Identifying the long lead items list and preparing MR's.

Mansouri Hotel Makkah: Mansouri Hotel is a 4 Star hotel located in Al rusaifah district Makkah with 120 plush rooms & suites, exceptional restaurants, dedicated event spaces.

Key responsibilities:

• Participated in project bidding
• Developed Electrical shop drawings.
• Coordination with Mechanical engineering team for finalizing the Mechanical loads.
• Responsible for submissions of the Material Submittals & shop drawings to consultant engineers & follow up to obtain approvals.
• Responsible for the Procurement of all LV Feeders, MDB’s, Transformers, Lighting Fixtures, Fire Alarm System, Guest Room Management Systems in co ordination with Procurement team.
• Planning the coordination schedules for on-going work on project.
• Preparing the engineering reports, technical reports and coordinating with the consultant.
• Reporting the MEP manager with the current updates of the project
• Attending the Technical Meetings and preparing the logs.

BAYAT PLAZA PROJECT: Situated off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road, these two prominent residential high-rise buildings (33 & 24 Floors) in the heart of the business district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the design drawing.
• Developed all the shop drawings & asbuilt drawings after completion.
• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications
• Planning the co-ordination schedules for on-going work on project.
• Preparing the engineering reports, technical reports and coordinating with the consultant.
• Preparing the material requisitions as per BOQ specs & coordinating with the procurement department.
• Organizing the operational tasks for the site supervisors, foreman's & technicians.
• Preparing back charge reports for the damages and submitting it to the Project manager.
• Reporting to MEP manager with the current updates of the project
• Attending the Technical Meetings and preparing the logs.
• Attending the site meetings with other trades for co-ordination.

King Abdullah Sports Stadium (Sports Hall): The Sports Hall is a 10,000-seat indoor arena, These facilities have been designed to be used at all levels up to international competition, as well as for training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential Pressure Switches, Control Valves of the Distech Controls.
• Involved in the Installation of the Field Instruments and loop checking of the DDC Controllers.
• Designing the appropriate locations of DDC controllers and DDC Panels.
• Provide technical and engineering support to the field, related to design, equipments/devices, such as drawings and other engineering information.
• Involved in the preparation of control drawings and project documentation.
• Supervision of the Cable pulling to the allocated controllers and devices.
• Inspected the field devices and all circuits as per consultant drawings and done testing and commissioning
• Revising and checking the technical submittal for the BMS operating system.
• Revising and modifying the Shop drawings and Riser as per the site requirement.
• Coordinating with the electromechanical division for BMS system.

Lodha Belleza High Rise Building: Lodha Belleza is a high rise commercial building with 41 floors located in Hyderabad, A.P

Key Responsibilities;

• Reviewing the design/shop drawing.
• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
• Coordinating with other trades civil, mechanical , finishing to avoid repetitive work
• Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.
• Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule. Be a part of Engineers team, providing suitable solutions to Engineering & contract team.
• Designing the Commissioning of fire alarm systems (Conventional & Addressable).
• Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising RFI, ECR.
• Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection requests.
• Preparing summary log reports for materials, RFI, ECR etc.
