• Orchestrated interactions with procurement, construction, and quality control teams to improve efficiency in communication and collaboration.

• Supervision of mechanical works, such as piping installation, welding, trenching, lowering, and backfilling.
• Supervised and coordinated the activities of workshop foremen and mechanical teams by planning workload, allocating resources, and implementing standard work procedures to enhance team productivity, and ensure safe, efficient execution of tasks in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assisted superintendents in managing engineering work orders, reviewed contractors' mechanical plans, monitored progress against schedules, and provided timely updates on delays or slippages to the Head of Construction to ensure project timelines and budgets were maintained.
• Reported project progress, site problems, and labor status to engineers.
• Ensured compliance with relevant regulatory requirements relating to workplace health and safety standards.
• Delivered positive reinforcement and constructive criticism for employee work efforts.
• Inspected tools, materials, and equipment to ensure quality standards were met.
