I am currently teaching Patent Law to law students pursuing a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The lectures are conducted once a week on Mondays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This is a temporary academic engagement undertaken to strengthen my subject-matter knowledge, enhance my professional profile, and contribute to the academic ecosystem, while also adding value to the law firms I currently represent and may represent in the future. This engagement has been carefully structured so as not to interfere with my professional commitments, and I have effectively managed my schedule to ensure a balanced and uninterrupted work routine. It will not hamper or conflict with the responsibilities of the position I am seeking.

Patent Associate with hands-on experience in patent prosecution, drafting, and patent searches across diverse technologies. Actively involved in patent prosecution matters including preparation and filing of First Examination Report (FER) responses, handling hearings, and assisting in review and appeal proceedings before the Patent Office. Experienced in drafting high-quality patent specifications, including provisional specifications, complete specifications, and complete specifications filed subsequent to provisional applications.

Successfully conducted various patent searches such as invalidity searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patentability searches, and patent landscape studies, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Regularly engaged with clients to address patent-related queries, provide legal-technical clarity, and support end-to-end patent lifecycle management with a solution-oriented approach.

Worked on various patent searches and assisted in patent prosecution matters, gaining in-depth practical experience in patent filing procedures and statutory patent form drafting. Involved in trademark searches and preparation of copyright applications, supporting end-to-end intellectual property protection processes. Assisted in drafting patent applications, including coordination of technical and legal inputs. Acquired a working understanding of patent laws and rules through hands-on exposure to filing, prosecution, and client-related IP work.
