Having 4 Years of professional Experience in Operation & Maintenance Management for more than 350 telecom towers in central Kashmir. Expertise in reduction of Energy Consumption & Validation during the most challenging environment like Harsh winters in Kashmir. Planning of Infrastructure Deployment (Installation and commissioning of SMPS, Batteries- Lithium ion and VRLA, AMF Panel, and Solar). Lead the team of 30 members involved in all operations and maintenance activities.

Handling telecom 4G/telecom Fibre Network in Central Kashmir, India with more than 350 sites.

Strong working knowledge of pneumatic, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.

Coordinating with the field technicians and Engineers to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS, Cisco routers/AG1, OLT (Telecom Fibre) and NLD sites, and Installation teams.

Expertise in Generator AMF Operation, Maintenance and Parameter visibility compliance's at NOC.
