Deputy Site Manager/ Construction Manager Role :-

• As Deputy Site Manager Responsibilities - Site execution, Leadership, Managing site engineers, Material Management and Quality Management.

• In the same company I have worked such as Senior Mechanical Engineer as well - as an Mechanical Engineer my responsibilities - Monitoring and quality check as per project Standard for Steel Structure fabrication (Platform fabrication for Chimney), Liner fabrication.
• Developed and implemented construction plans according to client specifications and expectations.
• As a Senior project engineer i have execute and lead 275m concrete chimney construction. During this construction i had manage progress of work as per project schedule.
• Managed subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and specifications.

• Preparing Engineering document, Application procedure, BOQ, BBS etc.
• Monitor the installation, inspection, testing and repair of refractory linings to ensure that they comply with applicable codes, standards, and specific job requirements.
• Ensure QA/QC document including certificates, Calibration, Test result, for Inspection document, Inspection result, Non-compliance report, Field change report, Method statement and Materials submission of data.
