  • Title: Prevalence and Genomic Insights of ESBL producing Multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli ST405 and ST167 Harbouring NDM-5.
  • Overview: Clinical UTI samples were tested for antimicrobial resistance and high-risk clone sequence types ST405 and ST167 were identified using whole genome sequencing. Further, genomic and phenotypic analysis was carried out focusing on serotype, plasmids, AMR genes, virulence factors, and pan-genome.
