Responsible for all aspects of Managed Services, Remote Infrastructure Services, Offshore Delivery Center, SLA, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, Business Development, Commercial/Vendor Management and Resource Management to Deliver RIMS, Application Maintenance/Support and Service Desk Services to Global Clients.
- Service Delivery Management – Established new ODC (Offshore Delivery Centers) in India, US & Tokyo which involved in resource planning, recruitment and training of technical teams, process transformation/transition, development and integration with other international teams.
- Remote Infrastructure Services – Responsible for global remote infrastructure delivery, business development, marketing, pre-sales, sales closure, and project ramp up for RIMS, Managed Services, EUC and Service Desk Business.
- ITSM Processes – Design and optimize IT Service Management processes to ITIL best practices i.e. Service Design, Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operations till Continuous Service Improvement.
- Program Management – Running global service delivery programs for NEC Corporation for delivering mission critical projects from India Offshore Delivery centre.
- Technical Support - Delivering Technical projects across technologies Microsoft Technologies Office 365, Azure, RIMS,Cloud, AWS, End User Computing from India Delivering Center
- Total Outsourcing Infrastructure Solutions - Responsible for focusing on large global total outsourcing business related to infrastructure services. The deals are across geographies and verticals and are focused on end to end responsibilities towards large strategic deals
- Key Stakeholder Management - Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer & stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction metrics by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- People Management- Leading large teams of IT professional, Focus on grooming people from L1 - L2 - L3 within select timelines and Value add to customer-YOY by working closely with the Transformation and Consulting group.
- Cloud Computing – Implementation, Integration and management of Cloud Computing, Amazon web services & Google Cloud
- Vendor Management - Participating in vendor performance review meeting to review vendor performance. Ensure clear and formal agreement for internal service providers /vendor and ensure back-to-back contract agreements to meet all SLA’s.
- Large Scale Transition Programs - Managing Large scale transition programs from US, Australia and Japan. Migrating Non profitable projects from global geographies and making them profitable by bringing process and cost effectiveness.
- ITSM Services – Leading large Shared Services Teams Managing Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Configuration Management Services.
- Automation (RPA) & Business Process Transformation- Developing Driving Automation programs and bring large scale cost effectiveness to existing businesses.
- IT Sales - Participation and development RFP/RFI for RIMS and service desk business. Responsible for target driven conversion of strategic outsourcing opportunities in the area of Remote Infrastructure Management.
- Key Account Management - Contribute towards growth and profitability through hunting new accounts and mining the existing clients.
