As an HR transformation leader, I was involved in understanding and elevating the Human Capital value proposition of our client organizations. While tech enabled transformations are my core strength, I also influence business process related transformations. In July 2025 I took a break from Consulting to establish a startup in education space. 18.5 Years of experience in successful implementation of complex HR Strategy and Transformation projects in an international context across multiple industries in Asia Pacific, India, and the US. 6 Months of experience as the founder of Ekdhyeya Classes. A company dedicated to elevating Maths and Science skills in high school children.
