MS Tube & Pipe Manufacturing

Plant Capacity: 100–120 MT per shift (based on thickness & mill configuration)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complete MS ERW / HF tube mill production

• Planning production as per dispatch schedule

• Supervising roll setting, mill alignment & changeover

• Monitoring rejection %, scrap control & yield

• Ensuring quality as per IS standards

• Coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime

• Managing manpower and shift productivity

• Handling complete Slitting Line operations including width planning and coil optimization

• Supervising CTL (Cut-to-Length) line for accurate sheet cutting as per customer specifications

• Ensuring proper scrap control and yield improvement during slitting & CTL process

• Monitoring thickness tolerance, length accuracy, and surface quality

• Coordinating with production and dispatch team for smooth workflow

Stainless Steel Tubes

• Handling complete Stainless Steel (SS) ERW / HF tube mill operations

• Planning daily & monthly production targets as per dispatch schedule

• Supervising roll setting, mill alignment, and size changeover

• Monitoring weld quality, bead scarfing, and process parameters

• Controlling rejection %, scrap reduction & yield improvement

• Ensuring production as per IS standards and customer specifications

• Coordinating with quality, maintenance & dispatch departments

• Managing manpower, shift planning & productivity improvement

• Monitoring raw material utilization and cost control

• Preparing daily production & dispatch reports

Supervising shift-wise SS tube & pipe production

• Assisting in roll setting, mill alignment & size changeover

• Monitoring HF welding parameters and weld quality

• Ensuring production as per required size, thickness & tolerance

• Controlling rejection %, surface defects & dimensional accuracy

• Coordinating with quality team for inspection & testing

• Maintaining daily production records & reporting to Production Manager

• Monitoring manpower performance and shop floor discipline

• Assisting maintenance team during breakdowns to minimize downtime
