• Leading the B2C sales channel with key responsibilities including lead generation, customer engagement, sales negotiation, customer support, sales reporting, relationship management, and training and development.
• I managed content development in data science, which involved curriculum development, content creation, research and analysis, quality assurance, and collaboration.
• Provided customized learning programs and services to organizations, with a focus on enhancing employees' knowledge, skills, and capabilities. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing tailored training programs and solutions, delivering training sessions, developing content, and evaluating feedback.

• Facilitating government liaison for NSDC-funded projects and overseeing channel partner management across India.
