Neptune (Surgical Waste management System)   (Stryker)


Product Description: Neptune is as constantly closed fluid, smoke and aerosol filtration system that includes HEPA and UPLA filtration during surgeries.

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively involved in proof of concept for the new architecture design where one of the proposal has been accepted.
  • Supported for board bring-up activity involving IMX8 microprocessor configuration.
  • Have developed inter-process communication strategy for the software.
  • Supporting development and review activities for the module development.



Universal Charger  (Stryker)


Product Description: Universal charger unit is single solution to charge all stryker power tool battery packs for heavy duty drills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complete so􀁛ware development life cycle from design till Validation stage.
  • Developed technical document such as Development plan, requirement, design, Verification strategy and failure mode analysis.
  • Developed Engineering specification in coordination with Manufacturer.
  • Planning strategy for assembly line along with production team.

Electrosurgical Unit  (Stryker)


Product Description:  Electrosurgical unit is used routinely in various surgery to cut, coagulate, dissect, fulgurate, ablate and shrink tissues using high frequency alternating electric current.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of 6 software engineer to design and develop the software.
  • Finalize system/software component strategy.
  • Involved with product safety team to ensure product failure analysis including product safety testing as per IEC standards.




Heater Control Unit (Bosch)


Product Description: HCU is responsible to controlled heat up the high pressure fuel rail before injecting for combustion.

Responsibilities:

  • Have owned and delivered software for the HCU.
  • Responsible for creating Software requirement, design and test strategy.



Acceleration Pedal Module (Bosch)


Product Description: APM is designed for various OEMs in order to provide hepatic feedback on the acceleration pedal to the driver under given situations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supported application and base software design for sensorless BLDC motor control which includes voltage and one shunt measurement module.
  • Developed PWM design for handling the request from ECU and performed integration testing.



Electronic Fuel Control (Bosch)


Product Description: EFU is designed for OEMs to provide fuel pump solution to pump the fuel at various rpm and pressure which provides an efficient and better solution for the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development of base software design for sensorless BLDC motor control.
  • Designed test scenarios for the complete software unit.



ICF-PIS (Public Information System with Intercom Facility) (Terron)

Product Description: ICF provides interactive interface to the travelers in a train where travelers can get the live status information and do interact over intercom in case of emergency.

Responsibilities:

  • Developed software of LED display module and communication stack.
