Recruiting employees for the organisation.

Conducting classroom training on oncology ( cancers like AML, MM, DLBCL, CLL, MDS etc) by presenting job‑specific, disease‑specific and generic software applications (EMR).

Ensuring operation of project specific disease knowledge by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following client's instructions and guidelines.

Evaluation of new equipment and techniques to help learn and understand the specifications of disease to newly joined employees. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintaining technical knowledge by consistently carrying out self‑assessment and attending client's call for technical projections.

Training employees from medical background on new projects and conducting various group discussions and sessions.

Client interaction and coordination for setting up goals for project specifications and helping team with recent updates.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Coordinate QA assignments and follow ups.

Conduct quality assurance and analyze QA trends.

Be an active part of corrective actions ‑ Recognize, Report and Retrain. Review reports on a periodic basis to assess risk to the quality, making and implementing plans based on this assessment
