Managing nuclear-related inquiries and orders for ESAB’s specialized product range with efficient and accurate handling of technical reviews and compliance with customer and code requirements.

•Technical & Quality Nuclear review to validate nuclear inquiry/order specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy to the Nuclear portfolio documentation
•Identifying and calculating costs for customer-specified tests, creating documentation, and communicating requirements to relevant stakeholders, prior to contracting
•Prepare and solve internal/external comments
•Provide weld & test plan and coordinating the order process flow with concerned parties with overall combined order planning
•Collect & analyze the product certification results in a database to identify trends and collect experience.
•Preparing Certification reports; Certified Material Test Reports (CMTRs) & Inspection Certificates (IC3.1) and supporting test or production adjustments in collaboration with R&D and production teams
•Acting as a technical expert on customer and code requirements, providing insights to internal/external teams for improvements and long-term development
•Supporting concerned interfaces such as R&D, sourcing, production, test labs and Sales through technical consultations and recommendations

• Provided training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of products and new process developments
• Helping in post-sales activities to include resolving implementation problems and conducting trainings as required.
• Contributed to sales growth by demonstrating product expertise during client presentations and negotiations.
• Recommend products and welding process that fits well with clients' business needs during solution offer with Account Managers
• Interpretation of various technical specifications from various Licensor's and customers such as (EIL, Casale, Technip etc.) Co-ordinate with our principles in Europe to meet the specification requirements.
• Increased customer satisfaction ratings through prompt resolution of technical issues via phone, email, or onsite assistance.

· Supporting customers with procedure qualifications for critical applications such as tube to tubesheet joints, weldoverlay, cryogenic applications etc.

· Assisting customers during procedure developments for productivity improvements by recommending suitable welding procedures, power sources or automation processes.

· Perform technical, product and welder training at targeted accounts and distribution partners · Drive sales team by giving customer leads in various fields such as Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Cryogenic Applications, Automobile Industry etc.

· Co-Ordinator between the sales team in India and Principle in Europe for new developments and meeting the technical and delivery requirements.

· Represented at various Welding National and International Welding Conference and presented technical papers on recent product and procedure development on Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel alloys.

· As Welding Engineer with experience in dealing with various welding related activities.

· Comprehensive knowledge of Welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, ESW), Welding Power Sources, Welding Metallurgy, Heat treatment and material testing.

· Conversant with various welding and quality related codes and standards viz ASME, ASTM, AWS, DIN, API etc.

· ASNT-TC Level II - PT and MPT (Certification date 2015)

· Hands on experience of various machines like Automatic GTAW, Orbital GTAW, and ESW

· Executed welding development projects which have resulted in improving productivity and enhancement in quality.

· Knowledge of Robot welding operation and programming.
