Possess extensive expertise in managing Hertwich Homogenizing facility, Harbinson holding furnace facility, and Wagstaff billet casting facility.
• For quality inspect well experienced in special samples like PoDFA & ALSCAN troubleshoot and UTM calibration of all these inches (5” to 12”) and physical and auto defect identification.

B. Preparation of metal planning for furnace, maintain Na & Ti value for control internal crack, track, and match FTD and MTD of metal intake in SAP and MES and raw material booking, consumption booking

• Proven Track of production figure, melt loss%, Rejection %, Availability %, grain size,hardness, and transformation, casting figure, cutting figure, Alloy consumption, Energy consumption, dross generation, successfully cast,abort cast and closing stock of day wise and month wise.
• Ensured 100% inspection and accurate tagging (clear/hold/reject) of billet bundles before handover. Maintained detailed shift logbooks, communication files,and documentation aligned with ISO/IATF audit standards. Collaborated with operations teams on order planning and logistics coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

C. Dynamic Process Shift Incharge with 8 years at Vedanta Aluminum Limited, specializing in quality control and defect analysis.

D. Proven track record in scrap reduction and yield improvement, enhancing production efficiency.
