Project: RAPP-EFB Project—Indonesia (From September 2022 till date)

• Developed Basic equipment layout and piping for Complete new Pulp Mill of Continuous Tube Digester and Washing Plant (First of its kind in World for the use of Raw material)
• Coordinating, Monitoring and Supervision of progress of piping and plant design project work to meet the tight document delivery schedule without compromising the quality of deliverables
• Interface between Customer and Overseas Technology office .
• Periodically conducted 3D model review using Navisworks to monitor the progress as well as the quality.
• Supported the Start up and Commissioning team for pre-commissioning activities.

Project: ITC PEP 4—India (From September 2020 to September 2022)

TNPL Unit 2 -India ( From September 2019 to December 2020)

• In ITC project-Developed Basic equipment layout and piping for new Single Bleach Fiberline as well as upgrade of Fiberline 1 and 2.New Digester # 7 was also included in scope of supply
• In TNPL project-Developed Basic equipment layout and piping for new Continues Cooking as well as Fiberline
• Coordinating, Monitoring and Supervision of progress of piping and plant design project work to meet the tight document delivery schedule without compromising the quality of deliverables.
• Interface between Customer and Overseas Technology office.
• Periodically conducted 3D model review using Navisworks to monitor the progress as well as the quality.

• Developed Basic equipment layout and piping for various Technologies of Pulp Mill like Continuoues Cooking , Fiberline Upgrade, Addition of new Batch Digester to the existing Digesters
• Coordinating, Monitoring and Supervision of progress of piping and plant design project work to meet the tight document delivery schedule without compromising the quality of deliverables.

Overseas Project Handled: Suzano Maranaho Papel e Cellulose SA,Brazil.-Curitiba Brazil – In year 2011

Job Profile:

• Developed Basic Layout and Piping using PDMS version 12 for the designated area.
• Generation of piping Isometrics and GA using Draft / Isodraft with PDMS Version 12
• Developing detail Piping engineering for the designated area which includes indoor &outdoor plants, rack piping, column piping, pump piping, exchanger piping.
• Checking the civil structure drawing and Inter-departmental coordination

• Equipment modeling and piping modeling of Pump, Rack piping using PDS Ver 8.0 with reference of Vendor drawings, P&ID, study layout & Routing the Lines according to the design criteria provided by client
• Extraction of isometrics and resolving of modeling errors in PDS
• Review Plant Model With Smart Plant Review(SPR) for clash checks
• Interdisciplinary co-ordination with engineering disciplines for providing necessary input to the relevant section of design plan and to obtain all the data required in the design of the piping and related facilities
• Pipe Support Modeling and releasing stress package to the stress dept for analysis and incorporating their comments in layout
• Knowledge of Pipe Thickness calculations as per ASME 31.3, Familiar with International Design Codes Like ASME, API, and BS.

• Equipment modeling and piping modeling of Pump, Heat Exchanger, Rack piping using PDS Ver 7.3
• Extraction of isometrics and resolving of modeling errors in PDS
• Exposure to site conditions & activities
• Resolution of site queries and site engineering requests
• Co ordination with stress department for necessary stress analysis required for critical lines
• Clash checking for piping with structures
• Releasing CPS input to civil department for appropriate structure
• Knowledge of Pipe Thickness calculations as per ASME 31.3, Familiar with International Design Codes Like ASME, API, and BS.

• Hands on Experience in Maintenance of HT Motor Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Air Compressors
• Experience in Pipeline Pigging Operations using Nitrogen And Air.
