Credit Analysis
- Conducting in-depth financial assessment while onboarding new clients by rigorous analysis of client’s financial matrices, economic conditions, P&L, Management risks, Industry Risks & key alarming triggers
- Analyzed 30+ asset deals in last 3 years- negotiated principally the term sheets & facility agreements with clients, prepared CMAs, comprehensive appraisal notes & presented win-win proposals to credit committee
- Tracking Financial covenants, stock statements, end use certificate, Debtor ageing and other credit conditions
- Managing end to end transaction execution involving deal origination, deal structuring and financial analysis
Stakeholder Management
- Liaised with internal teams to enhance lead sourcing efforts, resulting in successful; onboarding of new corporates clients and delivering high-quality services.
