1) Capacity improvements : Improve the overall capacity from 38MT to 43MT glass production with the help of Lean Six sigma tools to eliminate all the variation in production using statistical methods. There is a gain of 5MT glass,which reflect into Rs.5 Crore annually.
2) Uptime improvement - Designed changeover process to reduce downtime by 10% without compromising the quality and implementing new hardware with minimal cost involved.
3) Scrap Reduction : Determine the root cause of the failures using the statistical methods and implementing controls to minimize the cause of failures. Implemented continuous improvement methods such as Gantt Charts,control charts & checklist to reduce the failures. Due to that scrap level has been going down from 30% to 10 % which saved almost 20 crores annually. Also designed a decision tree-based model for early root cause detection of faults.
4) New Product Development :
1) Developed 16kg core soots ( First time in optical glass fibre manufacturing industry) which enhances the capacity & uptime. Also reduce the overall manufacturing cost by 4%.
2) Developed new Online A2 Process with the RIC F doped tube and achieved 90% first time right yield by making the sustainable statistical model of feed speed ,temperature and collapse diameter.

1) Team member of "Sterlite Cricket Team,Aurangabad"
- Took part in 30th Shaheed Bhagat Singh Cricket Tournament and won a match against the defending champion.
- Runner-up of Sterlite Premier League in 2019.

- Was accountable for managing the publicity work.Managed a team of 25 members answerable for arrangements of all the materials required for the events and reporting back.
