• Involved in ensuring that the product implements necessary enhancements as per requirement to provide ease to the user within fixed deadlines.
• Worked with support teams to know the client's requirements and ensure that it meets the client expectations either by giving workarounds or by implementing required features in the product.
• Ensured correct performance using tools like Jmeter , thoroughly inspected every product release with complete feature, regression testing, and security testing.
• Collected metrics from users as per their usage experience after the product release. Created release documentation for various product release versions and product features for internal as well as external users.
• Led the 20+ release cycles with 15+ new features of Autonomiq with improved performance by 90% and efficiency by 70% while collaborating with a world-class team of engineers, designers, testers, and various stakeholders which led to over 20 % growth in SauceLabs revenue in a year. Making it a billion-dollar company in 2022.
• Worked with the sales and marketing team to know the customer's challenges and pain points. Ensured that the issues get logged in Jira tickets and prioritized in the next sprint cycle to be developed as per customer requirements. Also, ensured correct workarounds are implemented for technical limitations and communicated to the operations and customer success teams.
• Led User validation testing and ensured products met or exceeded client expectations. Excelled at gathering feedback and requirements, communicating needed changes to the development team, and overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to on-time and on-budget conclusions. Which led to a 95% reduction in bugs and contributed to a growth of over a million dollars in 2021. Which also made the company rank top in the 2020 NASA iTech Cycle II winners list for best innovative technology.
