1) Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfill operational and customer demand and meet set targets.

2) Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules as per PPC plan.

3) Train new Warehouse operatives within area of responsibility.

4) Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate.

5) Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.

6) Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.

7) Ensure that any computerized or automated systems are accurate and up to date.

8) Identify all process and make improvement if needed.

9) Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.

10) Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose.

11) Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.

12) Coordinating with transporters to arrange vehicles.

13) Issuance of material as per Work Order and posting in ERP.

1) Responsible for Realme & Oppo Logistics Inbound and Outbound Business.

2) Analyze supply chain systems.

3) Coordinates and Track shipments.

4) Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.

5) Execute reverse logistics operations.

6) Inventory Management.

7) Preparing delivery schedules.

8) Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.

9) Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

10) Prepared reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.

11) Responsible for implementation of 5S and Kaizen Activity.
