DGCA Compliance Audit: Ensure that all crew training documentation meets the regulations set by the DGCA. This includes verifying that training records are up-to-date and in line with DGCA standards.

IOSA Compliance Audit: For the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), make sure that the crew training program aligns with IOSA requirements. This involves checking that training content and procedures meet IOSA standards.

Internal Audit: Conduct an internal audit of the crew training program to ensure it meets internal standards and requirements. After each audit, identify any non-compliance issues or areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to address these findings. This may involve updating training procedures, providing additional training to crew members, or adjusting documentation processes.

Make sure that the Operations Manual Part D is current and meet all the necessary policies and procedures outlined in the DGCA regulations.
