• Communication with Head Office regarding progress, drawing related issue and cash flow for proper running site.

• Site planning incharge of Primary Piping package for NPCIL
• Planning and scheduling at level-3 and level-4 for site execution and update day to day basis for proper controlling of project
• Resource planning-both manpower and equipment for proper utilization of resources
• Project yearly budgeting and costing for smoothly target achieved
• Control the resource according to budget for optimization utilization
• Material management- Study BOQ in drawing and generate material requisition and follow up till material received at site
• Monitoring tools and tackles as per requirement and maintaining the stock for 45 days
• Progress Monitoring and preparation of daily progress report and send to client and head office
• Preparation for project review meeting and calculate productivity
• Coordinate with execution teams and engineering teams for engineering related issue and proper moving of project
• Client bill preparation and Bill verification for sub vendor on monthly basis and follow up for their payment.

• Maintenance incharge of 12 MW TPP after commissioning of plant
• Planning for load dispatch to grid
• Budgets and spares maintenance for the plant
• Commissioning of the 12 MW TPP
• Planning for Thermal Power Plant of 12 MW for erection of boiler, ESP, turbine building, coal handling plant, cooling tower and water system
• Monitoring the progress of project on daily basis and having the meeting with contractor daily basis for the review of project
• Meeting with consultant twice in a week related to engineering issue
• And try to resolve the issue
• Meeting with supplier vendors for the status of supply material
• Follow up for the material with vendors for reaching the material on site in time
• Verification of vendors and contractor bill.

• Project of Thermal Power Plant of 270*2 MW
• Project management for river water system, cooling tower and ACW starting from TS to vendor finalization including engineering
• Coordinating with consultant DCPL for technical clarification and freezing of TS
• Looking of total package of river water system from pump house to reservoir which includes 2 nos of pumps 8 KM pipe line with junction points
• Vendor finalization for pumps pipes etc
• Bill verification of all the vendors and subcontractors
• Dealing with government office such as forest officers, railways officers, PWD road division.

• Operation & Maintenance of Captive Power Plant of 25
• 2 MW.
• Learnt how to operate the plant efficiently and economically
• Preparation of monthly and yearly energy produced
• Preparation for the spare management
• Independent involve in the plant operation
• Operate the plant at low load and handle the emergency in plant.

• Fabrication & Erection of KILN and its ducting & piping
• Preparation of bar chart for uniform feeding to erection team
• Looked after the fabrication of the all kiln ducting
• Regular checking with client for the fabricated product
• Billed of the fabricated and erected item

• Learning in Operation and Maintenance
• Maintenance of 25 MW with the foreman
• Allocate the man power
• Arrangement of required equipment / spares from store.
