Description : Juspay aggregator integration (UPI payment, Net banking, debit/credit card payment)
Roles & Responsibilities : Created the test plan and test cases around this requirement. Also have done regression testing for an already existing payment ecosystem including refund process.
Have tested the entire payment module integration with different payment service providers like Early salary. Later on worked on the complete integration of JUSPAY aggregator with team member.
Also checked payment table in DB using MYQSL workbench to ensure that correct data tables are updated.
Description : .Workspace is a module were the all the manufacturing data is capture at every stage, customer appointment are viewed and modified if needed. The payment details like offline payment collected, refund are also capture here.
Roles & Responsibilities : In this module, I have worked on different requirements such as USFDA implementation in the entire production lab journey to capture data at every point as well as lead the project with 2 team member under me. Lead lab automation of few stages for robotics intake in production. EDHR were we went paperless and all the manufacture enter are on system now And many more requirements I have worked on since my joining. When done the demo for the lab team so that they understand the new features.

Description : Toothsi care is a CRM module for Makeo configured and integrated on salesforce platform which make it easier and convenient to track all the customer details were visible in one place it because easy to contact customer with one click after the vaani was integrated with the salesforce.
Roles & Responsibilities : In this project I have done testing for monitoring the cases, issues and concerns raised from different provided platforms to the customer and providing them required solutions with respect to their concern and retain them call customer to remind them about there appointment and call the customer on one click.

Description : The app was made to monitor the customer day to day journey of aligner were very 15 day a review was done were the customer should shift to the new aligners or not even appointment from customer side was booked using the application.
Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the team of 2 members gave training to them and tested the android and ios version of the application in this have done various sub modules like DIY flow, Clinic flow, NPS, chats and may more since joining.
