  • Developed cost-effective, retrofittable solutions to address diverse customer challenges. Partnered with suppliers to co-develop, test, and finalize the solution kit for delivery.
  • Incubated several new concepts and built proof of concepts (POCs) in the lab. Such electrotechnical system design involves the mechanical design, selection of sensors, actuators, controllers, and their integration with the tool for real-time operation.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Held a key role as a lab safety champion, proactively monitoring the lab environment to mitigate safety risks while aligning with organizational safety standards and objectives.

  • Engineered and built a functional prototype of an oxygen concentrator capable of delivering 85–90% oxygen concentration at an output flow rate of up to 5 LPM, using ambient air as input.
  • Conceptualized a volume-controlled ventilator system utilizing a manual resuscitator with an oxygen-enriched air supply; developed its mathematical model, and simulated the system in Simulink.
  • Also worked on the 3D CAD model and 2D part drawings for prototyping.
  • Involvement in designing of Automated Embryo Production subsystems and assembling the designed parts.

  • Developed a cost-effective test set up for nitrogen flow control with an electro pneumatic pressure regulator, fixed orifice and a flow sensor. NI Data acquisition systems and LabView was used as interfacing medium.
  • Worked on the concept of Load Port firmware automation.
  • Hands-on experience in testing the Load port for various operations and assistance in the temperature and humidity test inside the FOUP.
  • Supported a project for installing multiple cameras on a wafer.
