Handling Electronics Equipment like PTZ/CCTV Camera.

Handling 1033 NHAI complaints on priority basics.

Handling ETC Chargeback cases.
•
MIS (Management Information System)
•
ETC Transaction CCH file upload & download status on bank portal.
•
ETC violation transactions DA (debit Adjustment) raised proper or not by bank.
•
Share Rejected transactions (Blacklist & Invalid Tag) for Re-upload to concern Department.
•
Duplicate transactions Cross tag & EB cases (ETC back Vehicle).
