Maintenance of all related documentation such as service reports, checklists. Developing AMC/ Warrantee tracking Mechanism to ensure nil breakdowns of Critical Equipment.
  • Housekeeping activities to ensure a neat and clean site. Tracking all activities such as deep cleaning of meeting rooms, board room, gym, cafeteria, workstations, carpet shampooing, AC duct cleaning etc.
  • Planning and scheduling the various types of pest controls. Maintenance and placements of all Indoor Plants.
  • Complete arrangements for client visits, NHO’s, trainings, Interview events, farewell parties, fun & other motivational events.
