• Directly supported customer (T-Mobile users) via slack application on slack issues (for eg. slack access issue/ third party (Guest) access issue / workspace issues/channel issues).
• Provided detail knowledge about the slack application regular UI update to the customer (T-Mobile users).

• Identified, analyze, and document defects using JIRA defect tracking systems·
• Also performed API testing using POSTMAN tool
• Participate in weekly test planning, project status meetings and reviews
