•  Checking of All gear boxes (make-PPRM ,ELECON) all bearing temperature of drive & Non-drive side, Spindle carrier, roll chock bearing temperature of DS & NDS, Is any leakage found in bearing cover, Checked Vibration ,any abnormal sound comingor not & also maintain it in daily check-list for record
• Maintenance of all Lubrication system like gear pump(Make-Rotodyne & Rotodel) installation & assembly, oil filter cleaning, y-strainer cleaning, daily check oil level, alsomonitor the oil pr. ,oil temperature inlet & outlet and maintain in daily checklist for our record.
• Maintenance of Hydraulic system like THROTTLE & CHECK MODULAR VALVES, BRAKE MODULAR VALVES,DIRECTINAL FLOW CONTROL VALVE, SOLENOID CONTROL PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE,PILOT OPERATED CHECKED VALVE,(Make-Yuken) oil filter cleaning , always monitoring the oil temperature, oillevel, cylinder condition to prevent breakdown
• Maintenance of Screw type air compressor (Make- INGERSOLL RAND, 191CFM).
• Maintenance & Monitoring of Pressure filter for ICW cooling tower.
• Maintenance of pneumatic system Solenoid valve (single & double coil), DC coil, FRL etc.
• Actively engaged during any kind of breakdown during operation and always tried to solve the problem in less time.
• Monitoring & Maintain all Mechanical spare from indent to receive through SAP with continuously connected with dept. store as well as central store and also inspection the received material as per our dimensions & Requirements.
• Maintain PM checklist monthly & weekly wise for different equipment’s also housekeeping
• Shut down work planning with seniors and try to complete all the task within given time.
• Maintain all log book , Daily Check list, PM checklist, Shut down work history, history card, Spare list, RCA, 5S, KAIZEN for ISO audit.
• Actively engaged with any type of assembly operation & Mechanical Maintenance
• Always maintain the safety precautions.

•  11 no’s of Nav Bharat India Ltd make Roughing horizontal & vertical stands erection & commissioning for 130mm*130mm*8mtr length billets rolling purpose also installed 3 numbers of pinch rolls for smooth rolling and one number of Crank shear for using front and tail end cutting purpose due to maintain proper temperature of material and get good quality of finished product.
•  Lubrication system of Roughing stands including 20K capacity lubrication oil tank and 3nos of pump, 2pcs 100micron filter, one plate type Heat exchanger and alignment of inlet and outlet of oil line and water line for lubrication cooling purpose. One hydraulic Power pack also installed for stand changing purpose &also maintenance of other intermediate stand gear boxes lubrication system regarding their heat exchanger plate & shell tube type & oilpumps
• Maintenance of horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps capacity 250 mᶟ/hr each for TMT box, VT Pumps capacity 385 mᶟ/hr each for mill use, centrifugal pumps for all lubrication system, capacity of 170 mᶟ/hr and also hot-well pumps for cooling tower ,pump capacity is 450 mᶟ/hr each & also maintenance of gear pumps, rotary pumps, dowty pumps, mono-block pumps, hydraulic vane pump with different capacities (LPM) & Size as per requirements.
• Production supervising daily basis which includes manpower handling, making daily production report and analysis it and find the losses and the breakdown part and plan how to overcome from the breakdowns and running smoothly and achieve the given target easily, also following up of daily production plans.
• We use 3no’s of ELGI EG-37 screw type compressor with 212cfm capacity &1no’s 522cfm (ELGI G-75) capacity and maintenance also done timely and clean air filter, change lubrication oil, oil separator element, oil filter and also maintain logbook for record purpose
• Preparing daily production report and hourly efficiency of rolling report and start analysis day wise, making Monthly breakdown and delays report of Rolling mill division and analysis it and note the basic problems and try to solve it quickly and report to HOD for further inspection. Preparing of daily costing report also and check how to production more product in low cost. Analysis all the report to help of VLOOKUP, LOOKUP, IF, SUM etc function in excels.
• Maintain daily Logbook as per daily work and also sample taken as per checking the proper stock size and quality & breakdown sort out in minimum time & RCA also prepare PPT for monthly operation & mechanical analysis
• Maintenance of induced draft cross-flow type cooling tower for capacity of 420m3 /hr,135m3 /hr for TMT box water cooling & 200m3 /hr capacity of cooling tower for lubrication heat exchanger water cooling purpose.

• 1) Erection and commissioning 4nos Heaters & 5nos of pinch-roll with the capacity of 4000kw inline billet induction heater under ELCTROTHERM INDIA LTD. and with the water circulation unit for water supply to pinch roller, panel unit, and induction coil and installation of each system with their pipeline as per drawing and installation of heater also ( Soft water for pinch roller and induction coil, and DM water for Panel unit and also their maintenance) .
• 2) Erection and commissioning of count er flow type cooling tower (suitable to cool250mᶟ/ hr of wat er temperature from 45°C to 32°C at WBT of 27°C ) under "PALTECH COOLING TOWER" .
• 3) working on a plant system improvement project , under “RENOIR CONSULTING” (I am working in this projects as a task force in a team for plant improvements as such developing new system to increase the rate of production to minimize the overall breakdown time , time managements, maintenance timing, proper planning, different checklist of preventive maintenance schedule planning, operation work, MAT, 5S, RCA, PPT making, data analysis, etc.
• 4) working on installation projects of 2-stands cantilever finishing stands maximum design speed 25m/sec for rolling 10mm & 12mm size TMT Bar under NEWFIELD ENGINEERS PVT.LTD. (for 10mm rolling size the maximum speed will be 25mtr/sec with production capacity is 41.6 tons/hr & for 12mm rolling size the maximum speed will be 17mtr/sec with the production capacity 40.8 tons/hr
