Quick Commerce and Customer Intelligence Lead:

Supply Chain Lead responsible for building 0-1 Quick Commerce product for Flipkart

• Built and led the 0-1 supply product for Flipkart Quick.
• Responsible for owning the complete roadmap, Vendor Integrations, Product launch, Product Scale up.

Owning Service Fulfilment Experience at Jeeves

• Built a suite of Web and Mobile Products from the Scratch to replace legacy systems at Jeeves to live up to Flipkart scale and reliability.
• Owned all key metrics like NPS, Speed, Breach,Fake Detection, CSAT for Flipkart's Post Delivery leg.
• Worked closely with Dr. A. Parsuraman to instrument a L0 metric for Service Quality primarily using SERVQUAL model.

Owned Last Mile Supply Chain Products:

• Built and owned the Seller facing product to Increase the Orders pushed to our system by 20 %
• Built a ‘Time bound and QC based’ product for the Reverse logistics that a prime service offered to e-commerce players.
• Built a service on top of an existing last mile product that would go on to be a backbone of the entire B2B business and act as a prime service used to support the movement of multi part shipments.
