Joined ADN Services in March'24 as a Customer Service Specialist for GE MRI and CT Scan System. ADN Services is dealing in refurbished MRI and CT Scan system.

Following are my job responsibilities:
1. To install MRI/CT scan systems, attend service calls & resolve it in minimum time.
2. As as Service specialist on GE MRI/CT Scan systems my role is to support and trained engineers on GE MRI and CT Scan systems.
3. Doing preventive maintenance on timely manner.

• I am working as as Customer Service Specialist in Wipro GE Healthcare Pvt. Ltd for MRI, CT Scan, PET CT Scan and Gamma Camera systems in Vadodara region since 2014.
• GE Healthcare is one of the leading company in Healthcare Industry. Initially i joined Surat (Gujrat) in 2013 and then moved to Vadodara in 2014. I am trained on MRI (3.0T and 1.5T), CT Scan (Single/Multislice Systems), PET CT Scan (Discovery IQ and Discovery STE) and Gamma camera (Optima/Discovery and Millennium MG).
• We have total 25 systems installed in Vadodara region and i am independently handling it.

Following are my job responsibilities:

1. To attend service calls & resolve it in minimum time.

2. As as senior engineer i am supporting other region engineer for any escalations.

3. Doing preventive maintenance on timely manner and closing it in system.

4. Need to maintain quality documents of all the service related events as per ISO standard.

• Blue star Ltd. is all India dealer for Hitachi make medical equipment like MRI (Permanent Magnet ), CT Scan (Single/Multi Slice) and Ultrasound systems.
• I was the only engineer in Gujarat region, based out at Vadodara. and was covering entire Gujarat region.

Following were my job responsibilities :

1. To attend customer calls & resolve it in minimum time.

2. Doing preventive maintenance on timely manner and closing it in system.

3. Timely Contract renewal and payment collection from customer.

• Hem Tech Services or Shreeji Scan Services is a free lancer company and It's located in Vadodara. The company is doing business in refurbished Shimadzu (Single slice system) and Toshiba (Single and multislice system) make medical Equipment like MRI and CT Scan.
• I was based out at Vadodara and was travelling entire India for CT Scan installation and service calls.

Following were my job responsibilities:

1. From site readiness to Installation of CT Scan systems (Shimadzu & Toshiba)

2. To attend customer calls and resolve it in minimum time

3. Doing preventive maintenance on timely manner.

4. I was travelling all over India for installation, technical support or escalation regarding CT Scan issue.

• I have completed my one year apprenticeship in Torrent Cables Ltd. Nadiad as a Technical Assistant in maintenance department
