Preprocessed data by handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, and scaling features. We developed and optimized predictive models using Logistic Regression and Random Forest. 02/01/24 to 03/01/24- Avocado Price Prediction, Objective: To predict the future prices of avocados based on historical sales and pricing data. Data Collection: Gathered and cleaned historical avocado sales data from various sources. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conducted EDA to understand trends, seasonality, and patterns in avocado prices. Feature Engineering: Created new features such as average price, total volume sold, and type of avocado (conventional vs. organic). Model Building: Implemented and compared multiple regression models including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, and Random Forest. Hyperparameter Tuning: Used GridSearchCV to fine-tune model parameters for optimal performance. Model Evaluation: Evaluated model performance using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and R-squared (R²).
