• Processed vendor bills in Tipalti payment hub for US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Germany, and Austria.
• Ensured compliance with Approve.com and Spendflow during vendor bill processing.
• Reconciliations of vendor ledgers.
• Response to the vendors for their payment inquiries.
• Preparation of the proposed payment sheet for the management.
• Check AP aging on a regular basis.
• Releasing payment as per the prescribed SOP through E-Net Banking software for the company, and reconciliation for the same.
