- Company Overview: Elin Electronics Ltd & Elin Appliance Pvt. Ltd an ISO Certified company. It is a leading Food processor Juicer mixture grinder, Dry Irons, Steam Irons, Flashlights, Switches, Luminaries, Hair Dryer, Straightener, Bread Trimmer manufacturer for Philips, Versuni India, & Eveready India Ltd, Havells etc. Factory Turn over yearly production Plan approx. 360Cr. & monthly 30Cr. And The 50nos. injection moulding available in plant & also approx. 20 nos. Of machine running outside different job workers. It is the biggest plant of Baddi(H.P). The approx. 150 ton raw material uses in monthly basis. The each & every month new models launch. The approx. 1000 nos. of Employees working in this Baddi group.
- Overall Planning & Operations Responsibility.
- Daily operation & planning activity reporting to Factory Manager.
- Monthly presentation KPI report to Factory Manager & MD.
- Managing production activity of Assembly line /Injection molding.
- Yearly & monthly Factory Projection Planning.
- Monthly & yearly sales planning.
- Monthly & yearly plant capacity planning & Utilization.
- To ensuring Achieving customer sales demand on 100% Achievement.
- Import raw material planning & ensuring no shortage local or critical part.
- To Involve how to Increase Assy. Line productivity with helping of Automation, Cycle time improvement, manpower reduction, jig/fixture improvement.
- To Ensuring plastics raw material monthly consumption 100 ton in 49 machines.
- Customer co-ordination getting plan & execute.
- Monitor Customer sales plan vs actual.
- Inventory controlling as per target set by Management.
- Plan the raw material, machine assessment, manpower & ensure their activity.
- Managing production & achieving key indicator goal.
- Training & ensuring that the operators are trained adequately on quality system, work instruction & quality check points.
- Mentoring subordinates & ensuring amicable employee relation across the plant.
- Vendor selection for injection molded parts.
- Cost estimation & price finalization of components.
- Daily co-ordination with suppliers.
- Establishing molding process at molders end.
- Establishing molding cycle time, weight, color and aesthetics.
- Co-ordination activities of mold trials, process approval, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of molds.
- Assisting Head – SCM in approval and trial of plastic raw material for various applications.
- Execution of production plan & arranging transportation for supply of raw material & molding components.
- Monitoring performance of molders from I.C.Q.C. section to ensure component as per requirement.
- Implementation of plans for continuous improvement of quality, reliability, productivity and cost control.
