I have been working full-time at Shekhawat Agriculture Farm, a family-owned and operated farm situated in a rural area near the town of Sikar, Rajasthan. While I formally took full-time charge of the farm operations in 2022, my real journey with agriculture began in childhood. Growing up in a traditional farming household, I was consistently involved in seasonal farming tasks, helping my uncle and family during critical stages of crop cycles.

Raised with the belief that "land is like our mother", I was trained not just to work on the field but to understand and respect it. This value-oriented upbringing helped me gain deep insight into:

• Soil preparation based on land type (loamy, sandy, red, etc.)
• Crop rotation methods to maintain soil fertility
• Pest & disease control using natural and organic methods
• Rainwater harvesting, traditional tank storage, and drip irrigation practices
• Bajra (Pearl Millet): Expertise in sowing and managing water-sensitive stages
• Moong & Moth (Pulses): Timing and organic pesticide application
• Guar (Cluster Bean): Commercial crop for gum production
• Groundnut: Hand-harvesting and post-harvest nut drying methods
• Wheat: Use of precision seed drill and proper irrigation cycle
