Description:

The client wanted QuickBase applications to be developed for all the business areas for monitoring the quality of their physician, nurses, clinical and non-clinical staff monthly and quarterly based on certain parameters and wanted to publish the monthly and quarterly results on dashboards.


Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and understanding the client's requirement and purpose from the development.

• Creating tables & forms, relationship between multiple tables. e.g. Staff table, audit form, case selection table.

• Adding calculation, dynamic rules and formulas, fields access bases on role.

• Creating User Roles and providing access to User based on their role – View, edit, modify, Add, Custom.

• Importing Case sampling into Case selection table to make cases available for audit (routine task).

• Email notification and subscription of reports to the higher managements. Reports to be setup to viewable to some specific user roles.

• Limited access to non-licensed Users (front line staff).

• Creating different home pages for each role and limiting the reports they can access through this page.

• Testing the functionality of the tool by adding some sample records.

• Creating summary reports, graph reports, bar reports, table reports and drill down reports.

Project #5: Productivity Dashboard - Transformation

Client: Delivery Teams in Health Care Insurance Domain

Description:

Client wanted to analyze the weekly/Monthly productivity (total time invested in a week / month) of their Quality review staff performing the audit on task completed by frontline staff. There were about 50 active QB applications in which quality reviewers performed tracked the audits. The client wanted to see all the work done by the quality reviewer in a single application and a dashboard to represent the data.


Responsibilities:

• Analyzing all the existing active QB applications and finding a way to integrate all those application into one.

• Modification on all the existing applications to make them similar in a way that data can be imported.

• Adding some additional fields to capture the data and creating unique field in each table by adding multiple fields.

• Creating import rules to import the data from multiple application into a single application and merging the import rule by unique Id created in each application.

• Creating automation to import the weekly data.

• Creating reports and dashboard in new application.
