- Ensuring compliance with export regulations, including sanctions screening (Visual Compliance, OFAC/BIS, Sectorial sanctions, Routing Compliance) and adhering to Trade Sanctions requirements.
- Managing EDPMS (Export Data Processing Monitoring System) compliance by ensuring PSD (Payment Settlement Data) is uploaded within 7 days of receiving it from FF/CHA to meet RBI guidelines.
- Tracking and reconciling service provider bills related to logistics, ensuring timely payments in coordination with the internal Finance team.
- Coordinating the release of E-BRCs (Electronic Bank Realization Certificates) on the DGFT server and maintaining accurate records for internal reconciliation.
- Supporting SAP document implementation for all units, except project shipments.
